Supported ministries
Jesus said to “go into all the world and make disciples….” Therefore at ICL, we believe that it is vital to support mission activity both inside and outside of the Netherlands. Ministries that we support on a regular basis:
The Netherlands
Emma Meuleman - Emma first came to Leiden as a Missions Associate. Now married to Dirk, Emma is the student pastor at ICL and together with Dirk they head up student ministry in ICL, as well as seeking to help the VPE develop other student initiatives in the Netherlands. Emma has missionary status with OWZ and Dirk also juggles into the mix a full time job.
Irma Lodewijks - Irma is part of ICL and works for Navigators seeking to share Christ amongst young people and to disciple those who are believers.
De Brug – a ministry at Katwijk which works amongst those with addiction issues. De Brug

For many years Frank served has in international ministry in the Netherlands and Belgium as well as in France and Spain. He has a passion for church planting and reaching Europeans for Christ. In 2004 Frank and his wife Josefine, helped Tim Southerland, Kendall Reavis and their wives, plant ICL. It's Frank’s desire to see many more churches planted in Holland and the rest of Europe. More recently they have been involved in church planting ministry in Den Haag. They are now seeking the Lord as to what is next.
Frank is a full time missionary with Stichting Opdracht tot Wereldzending(OWZ)(the official missions agency of the Verenigde Pinkster- en Evangeliegemeenten in the Netherlands). Josefine works full-time as an eye surgeon at a hospital in Heemstede.
VPE – as a member church of the VPE, we send a congregational contribution which helps with the funding of national initiatives.
Albania - Martin and Ada Tims teach in the Missionary School in Tirana (www.gdqschool.org) as well as helping serve in the International Protestant Assembly. For their personal website, check out http://famtims.info
Brazil – The Zevenbergen family has founded a school to train young Brazilians who desire to come and minister in Europe. They live in Joinville. Richard and Pita as well as seeking to raise up missionaries are also involved in local church, orphanage and education ministry.
Mali – Christiane Lauschitzky works with Wycliffe Bible Translators in Mali. Christiane was an active member of ICL during 2006/2007. To receive Christiane's newsletter: christiane_lauschitzky@sil.org
NW Europe - Tim and Marketa Southerland (sons - James, Andrew and Michael). ICL was begun in Tim and Marketa's home and Tim served as the first lead pastor of the church. Tim now oversees American Assemblies of God missionaries in NW Europe. They live in Cardiff, Wales with two of their sons, Andrew and Michael. Their oldest son James is studying in the USA.
Spain - though we do not support them financially as a church, we also pray for Kendall and Kristi Reavis(children Andrew, Kalli, Katje and Kees). Kendall and Kristi are American AG missionaries who helped to plant ICL and now are serving in Spain to support church planting initiatives there.
